Products & Delivery
The artists with Earplug websites are wholly responsible for the quality, accuracy and availability of all products listed on their site. They are responsible for all postage and shipping including the quality and accuracy of shipping methods used and any timeframes, stated or otherwise. If you have any problems related to the quality or accuracy of a product received or delivery, please contact the artist directly through their contact page.
Shipping is organised with Austpost.
Artists and bands usually operate as a small entity and orders may not be sent every day, however they'll do everything they can to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Packaging fee
Some artists charge a packaging fee for music and merchandising. When it's the case, the amount is listed under "Order Total" Preview", under the "Payment Method" tab of the checkout screen.
Poster additional shipping fee
A flat fee fo $5.00 is automatically added to your total order if it contains one or more posters. This allows for the safe packaging of your poster(s) in a tube and is only applied once per order.
Transaction Security
Earplug Pty Ltd uses a secure payment gateway - ANZ eGate. At no time your credit cards details are stored by Earplug Music Pty Ltd or the artists.
